The foodbank provides emergency food and support to local people in Burnage who are referred in a time of crisis and is part of a nationwide network working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. At St Margaret’s we collect food to donate to the foodbank and a number of people give their free time to run and manage the foodbank on a regular basis.
